After 10 years of writing and playing their own brand of Jazz-Funk, Dig We Must are taking an extended break from live performance.

 

- It's been a period of time that has seen 3 albums released and appearances at festivals such as the Wangaratta Jazz and Blues Festival, Eltham Jazz Festival and White Night Melbourne. Dig We Must were also a regular fixture at Melbourne's Paris Cat Jazz Club.

This is six piece Jazz funk featuring some of Melbourne's top players.

Exciting, original tunes that combine the influences of funk, jazz, rock and blues. Frequently joined by guest vocalist Kate Schmidli, the band perform repertoire from their three original albums mixed with great tunes from the likes of Snarky Puppy, Cory Wong, Marcus Miller and Nils Landgren.
